| How do I know how much CPD I can claim for an event? |
| The amount of verifiable CPD hours is listed on the upper right portion of the screen on the home page. This number is the maximum number of hours that can be claimed. The amount of hours recorded for technical and professional CPD is left to the discretion of the individual. |
| How do I register on line? |
| Click the book now button and you will be taken to our online booking system where you can register for the event and request an invoice or pay by credit card. |
| Where can I find the booking form? |
| The booking forms are available to download on our website. Select the link for the relevant event and download the PDF booking form. |
| I want to cancel. Can I get a refund? |
| Cancellations of a confirmed place must be notified in writing (by email or post) and will be subject to an administration charge. Any cancellations advised after the deadline (listed on the booking form) will not be refunded but a colleague can attend in your place. |
| I want to cancel. Can someone else attend in my place? |
| Yes if you cancel a booking someone else can attend in your place. We will need written confirmation of this from the original delegate. |
| I want to book online but can’t find the event I want, what do I do? |
| Online booking is disabled two weeks before the event or one month before for residential conferences. If you want to pay by credit card after this date then write your telephone number on the booking form and highlight that you want to pay by credit card and a member of the team will contact you. |
